What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday – Friday, from 7:30am to 5:00pm.

Who are the manufacturers of the equipment?

One Source Equipment Rentals proudly offers machines manufactured by John Deere, Bobcat, Case, JLG, and International.

Do you accept credit applications?

Yes! Please click the following link to download a copy of our credit application, HERE.

do you have on-site service available?

If you are experiencing an issue with the equipment please contact us immediately. We do offer on-site service and will dispatch service technician to your site ASAP.

how do weekend rentals work?

If you need equipment for Saturday or Sunday use, we are more than happy to help coordinate a weekend rental. The equipment will be delivered to your site on the Friday before, and your usage charge will begin on Saturday morning. Weekend rentals are charged by day with an 8 hour usage per day, including Sunday.

is there a deposit requirement?

Yes, if we have not received a credit application or if you are a cash paying customer. Deposit amounts are collected at a one (1) week rate per unit, per rental. At the end of the rental, you will be reimbursed for any days not used in the one (1) week period.

What areas do you service?

We are pleased to offer service to Los Angeles County, Orange County, Riverside County, and San Bernardino County. If your jobsite is outside of these areas, please contact us for personalized rates.

how fast can you get equipment to a job site?

Our goal is to get the requested equipment to your jobsite as soon as possible. Our commitment to our customers is to have delivery take place on the same day, within 2-4 hours after your order placement. If you have specific delivery requirements please let us know.

what is the cutoff time before i get charged for another day?

The duration of your rental will begin at the time the equipment is delivered to your jobsite. From this time, you have twenty-four (24) hours to complete and call off the rental before an additional day is charged. For example, if your machine was delivered at 10:00am on Monday, the rental would need to be called off before 9:59 am on Tuesday for a one (1) day charge. All rentals will continue until our office is called and you are given a termination number. Please contact us as soon as your usage is finished, and we will pick up the equipment from you as soon as possible.
